Using this blog, the students in the fifth grade can share the most important learning moments, exciting adventures, and special snapshots of our day. Check back each day for a peek inside our classroom!
The fifth and sixth grade went on their zoo field trip and had a blast! At school, Ms. Crowell assigned us separate groups and each group got a chaperone. At 8:30, we left on our Safari busses. When we arrived at Roger Williams Zoo, we met up with our groups and started our journey! There was a lot to learn in the wilderness. For example, Snow Leopards can jump 50 feet. There were lots of different kinds of animals from flamingos to camels. The best part was we got to go to all different countries without leaving America! We traveled to Africa to see African Elephants, and we visited Antarctica to see penguins. After our amazing safari, we jumped back on the bus and rode back to school! Another great day of fifth grade ended!
