A few weeks ago Mrs.Prunier and Mrs.Crowell told the fifth grade students to research an inventor and invention by them, just one, and turn it into a float. Then we needed to write a few certain things by the inventor you chose. First we wrote a paragraph about our inventor, got a shoebox, got pictures from on-line. We had to have a bibliography for the websites we used for the paragraph. We needed to have a 3-D object of our invention and put them together into a float.
All the students in fifth grade did a great job doing their float and worked hard during the process. We had due dates for all of our stuff like we had to know who our inventor was, our notes, and our final project. Then we had to present it to the class. The fifth grade students worked really hard on presenting their floats and all described their invention well.
